Happy Mount Park
Happy Mount Park is a popular park in Morecambe, Lancashire. It has an adventure playground, crazy golf, a splash pad and more. The park was originally created in the 1920s and has since added more attractions while retaining the atmosphere of peace and tranquillity of a traditional park.
Things to do at Happy Mount Park
The splash pad has recently seen a complete transformation and has become a great addition to the park. It is usually open from May until September. Amongst the water jets, there are tipping buckets, cannons and water arch sprays. The splash pad has been designed to be accessible for all and entry costs just £1 per person. There are seven sessions each day. The adventure golf course has also seen a recent investment and many of their other attractions are very well cared for.
There is a relatively new adventure playground with lots to climb on, swings, a zip line and more. Also outdoors you may be lucky enough to see a brass band concert. You can take a walk around the ornamental gardens plus there is a woodland walk and habitat trail.
Also outdoors you will find trampolines, an 18-hole putting green, swing boats and a roundabout. You can also enjoy sports such as tennis, basketball, 5-a-side football and roller hockey. Plus there is an indoor Pirates in the park play area, suitable for children up to the age of 10. It costs just £1.50 per child for each 30-minute play session. They can also host your child’s birthday party.
