Hathersage Outdoor Swimming Pool

Hathersage Outdoor Swimming Pool is located in Hathersage and it is one of a dwindling number of such pools. The pool is 30 metres in length and is heated to around 28oC, it is perfect come rain or shine.

The pool first opened in 1936 and it is set in a lawned enclosure with a covered veranda to one side. There are fully refurbished and covered changing facilities including hot showers. They offer public swim sessions and you can enjoy views over the surrounding hills.

Family swim sessions are perfect for families as the lanes are removed and you can bring swim toys with you. They even sometimes have a large inflatable to play on.
