Things to do at Healthy Living Centre

There are activities for people of all ages and abilities at affordable prices. Facilities include a 25-metre six-lane swimming pool with an adjustable floor and underwater lighting. They run different sessions including family fun sessions with a large inflatable on the water. Inflatable Spike Island is for children aged between 8 and 15 years old and advanced booking is required. Party hire is also available. Children must be competent swimmers to take part in this session.

There is a pirate-themed soft play area that can accommodate up to 60 children. slide, helter skelter slide and more. This is suitable for children up to the age of 10. The centre also has a 10-metre-high indoor climbing wall and a separate bouldering area. They have climbing clubs and also fun netball sessions for children. They also run family-fit junior sessions for children aged 8 to 15. Their health spa comprises a sauna, steam and aromatherapy steam rooms.

Other activities at the centre include badminton, basketball, exercise classes and dance classes. Plus gymnastics, outdoor 3G pitch, squash, table tennis, trampolining and volleyball.
