Hollingworth Lake Water Activity Centre

Hollingworth Lake Water Activity Centre is located in Hollingworth Lake Country Park near Littleborough, Greater Manchester. They have been leading the way in the provision of water activities in the North West of England since 1989.

They offer both water and land-based activities which are suitable for absolute beginners through to experienced water enthusiasts. You can hire a mini electric boat, rowing boat or pedalo and take in the idyllic scenery of the Pennines while out on the water. There are relaxing 25-minute tours of the lake which sail every Saturday and Sunday throughout most school holidays. Water-based activities include sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboards, kayaking and canoeing.

On land, you can reach new heights with the indoor climbing wall which is located at Littleborough Sports Centre. Children can take part from the age of 7. Archery is available at the same location all year round and again children can take part from the age of 7.
