iFLY Indoor Skydiving Basingstoke

Located at the Basingstoke Leisure Park in Basingstoke, Hampshire is the iFLY Indoor Skydiving Centre. This makes skydiving safe and accessible for everyone as you aren’t jumping out of an actual plane.

At iFLY you can experience the thrill of indoor skydiving. They have a Paraflight Virtual reality that you can have a go at and you can learn or improve your snow-sport skills. In their super-smooth, super-fast and super-cool wind tunnel you can soar like a bird. The tunnel is 14 feet tall and 4.3 metres wide. Their highly trained instructions will guide new flyers of all ages, they even have wheelchair access. The experience is for those age 3 and over, there is no maximum age.

Paraflight Virtual Reality is a fully immersive VR experience where you can explore a virtual mountainous world and collect points by flying through targets on your ‘descent’. You control the experience including dips, motions and decelerations. The minimum height for this activity is 1.1 metres.

They also have a ski zone at this venue with no waiting, no lifts and no wet snow. Their revolving fully adjustable Skizone slopes replicate a real piste. The slope is covered with astroturf and is an economical way to learn to ski or snowboard for all ages and abilities.
