Itchen Valley Country Park
Itchen Valley Country Park is an expansive parkland of around 440 acres located near Southampton in Hampshire. The park is currently undergoing a major transformation with exciting new features being added including an upgrade to the play equipment.
Indoors the woodland cafe is home to an indoor play area for children aged six and under. The Holt has wooden play equipment with many animals, that live in the park dotted around. Outdoors there are two play areas for different age ranges. These are connected by a Forest Trail.
There are themed family trails running throughout the year or you can use their trail guide to find your own adventure by exploring the waymarked routes. The park is home to a Go Ape! outdoor high ropes course. Cyclists are welcome to bring their bikes and use their 1.5-mile-long off-road cycle route. You can even have a go at orienteering.
