Kitchen Coos and Ewes
Kitchen Coos & Ewes is a Highland‑cow experience set in the scenic Luce Valley of south‑west Scotland. Here, their gentle and photogenic Highland cattle awaken smiles and spark curiosity as you join their purpose‑built trailer safari, heading out into open fields to meet the “coos” up close.
From grooming young calves and brushing shaggy coats to hearing tales of the herd’s matriarch and discovering how these iconic animals help support biodiversity and habitat conservation across the hills, your tour is rich with insight and adventure. After your field experience, return to the farmyard kitchen for warm hospitality: freshly baked tray‑bakes, tea or coffee.
Whether you’re joining their “Insta Coo” photo‑friendly tour, the hands‑on grooming safari, or a leisurely walking tour that winds through the farm’s archaeological features and farmstead history, they’ve got an experience to suit your pace and passion. As a working farm, visits are by appointment only. Please book in advance to secure your place.
