LC Swansea

The LC Swansea is a leisure centre located in the Maritime Quarter of Swansea, South Wales. It is home to Wales’s biggest indoor Waterpark and Swansea’s most state-of-the-art gym. The waterpark features a wave pool, a fun lazy river to float around in plus some thrilling slides. Younger children can have fun in the Volcano Bay area which includes a slide and an interactive water area.

There is a 4-storey soft play area with an aquatic interactive theme. It features unique sensory equipment that triggers special effects. Children can explore the creatures of the deep without getting wet. There is a maze of slides, bridges and more plus 4 battle cannons. They also have a dedicated area for children under the age of 3.

Also at the centre, there is their legendary 30-foot climbing wall. Each session has a dedicated instructor who will guide you up the wall using an automatic belay system. Children need to be 1.1 metres tall to take part in this activity. The venue is home to a double multi-sports hall where there are lots of different activities you can take part in.

The Boardrider is an indoor surf simulator that allows beginners to learn how to ride the waves safely, under the instruction of trained professionals. Situated at the heart of the LCs Waterpark, riders can choose to boogie board or try their hand at real surfing on a never-ending wave. Instructors will help you develop technique and balance whilst experiencing the thrill of the wave – the ride is never the same twice.
