Llandegfedd Visitor and Watersports Centre
The Llandefedd Visitor and Watersports Centre is located near Pontypool in Monmouthshire. They offer fully accessible sailing and other water activities.
The watersports are available from March until October and you can book a lesson or hire their equipment. Other water activities include windsurfing, dinghy sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing and kayaking. There is clear water to go out on with no currents or tides. They even have changing rooms with hot showers.
They welcome beginners through to the more experienced and courses are available for both adults and children. The centre also offers land activities such as archery, laser clay shooting and a mini-golf course that is located behind the visitor centre. You can get closer to nature by exploring one of their footpaths and way-marked walks. Two of these are open all year and the other two are closed over autumn and winter to protect the birds.

Free to walk and visit the lake. There is a small charge for mini-golf. Plus a charge for equipment hire such as £35 per person to hire a canoe etc.
