Michael Woods sports and Leisure Centre

The Michael Woods Sports and Leisure Centre is located near Glenrothes, Fife. It is a modern sports facility with three swimming pools, an aerobics studio, gym, badminton and squash courts.

The centre offers a number of additional activities and sessions such as athletics for children from the age of 8. Friday nights are their fun sessions with a pool disco featuring their new pool inflatable. They also run football coaching sessions, gymnastics from the age of 18 months and trampoline classes from the age of 5.

There is a teaching pool where they offer swimming lessons and one of their three pools has a small selection of diving boards.
