Museum Overview
The Museum of Berkshire Aviation is located near Woodley in Berkshire. It is run as a charitable trust and it is a small museum located on the historic site of Woodley Airfield.
Many of the museum’s exhibits relate to the Phillipps and Powis company which was based there from 1932 to 1947. Several of the exhibits are unique survivors such as a Miles Martinet World War II target tug, the only Miles Student two seat side by side jet trainer and a composite helicopter. There are a number of other exhibits on-site including hands-on aircraft that you can explore.
