The Newmilns Snow and Sports Complex is located in Newmilns, Ayrshire. They are a community-run charity ski slope that has recently received a massive upgrade to its facility. Their ethos is to provide affordable access to snowsports for all. They offer skiing and snowboarding including tuition and big slope tubing.
Tubing is great fun for all the family and no experience is needed. You will have fun spinning and sliding down the slope on a rubber ring. They can even host a tubing party for you. Children can take part from the age of 3.
If you are new to snow sports they can provide lessons to help you feel confident and comfortable on their slopes. They have created a range of specially designed lessons that will teach you the core skills of skiing and snowboarding. They run a range of lessons from beginner to intermediate and advanced. Plus taster sessions, sessions for tiny tots and private lessons.
If you can already ski or snowboard you can book a recreational session. This is on their main 110-metre slope which is subject to availability so they recommend you call ahead.
