Nidderdale Llamas

Attraction Overview

Nidderdale Llamas is located near Wilsill, North Yorkshire. They offer unique and personal experiences for all abilities and age groups, although children must be at least 7 years old to take part. They offer treks with llamas and alpacas.

They offer trekking all year round in the picturesque Yorkshire Dales. Their llamas and alpacas are gentle, friendly and great fun to be with. There is a range of treks on offer including a Scenic farm trek, a half-day trek and a full-day trek. Plus a junior experience, adult and teen experience and senior/disabled experience.

Children can walk with an adult from the age of 7 and by themselves from the age of 10. Some of their longer treks have a minimum age of 14. Their junior experiences are from the age of 7. You can interact with the alpacas and pose for photos. You are then taken on a 30-minute walk of the farm where you will share one alpaca and one llama between a family of four. This is exclusively for families with children aged 7-13. Over 14s join in on longer walking experiences.
