North Lanarkshire Heritage Centre
The North Lanarkshire Heritage Centre is located near the town centre of Motherwell, Lanarkshire. The centre was first opened in 1996 and a highlight of a visit is the viewing tower. This is located on the fifth floor of the building and provides excellent views of the area.
There is a range of facilities and services including an outdoor play area. This has a climbing frame, water table, giant games and more. You can ‘Climb thru time’ and explore the history of the Mother area in a fun climb through their tower. Indoors they have gallery and exhibition spaces. These change on a regular basis.
