Pallot Steam Museum

Museum Overview

The Pallot Steam, Motor and General Museum is located on the Channel Island of Jersey. It is a mechanical heritage museum with a large collection of Jersey’s agricultural and transport heritage including railway locomotives.

You can see engines, tractors and vans from over a century of motoring. There is a collection of farming equipment alongside motors and machines dating from the early 1900s onwards. You can also learn about the life of the well-known local hero Lyndon “Don” Pallot whose collection was first displayed at the museum when it opened in 1990.

The museum also displays a regularly rotating display of classic motors. Plus military trucks, historical fire engines and wooden framed cars. A standard-gauge railway operates around the perimeter of the museum site with a reconstructed Victorian-style station. This usually operates on Thursdays when the museum is open.
