Pittville Park

Pittville Park

Pittville Park is located in the Prestbury area of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. The park was opened to the public in 1825 and it is the largest in the city with playgrounds, a boating lake and an aviary.

The park has a grade 2 listing with a grade 1 historic Pump Room. It is divided in two by Evesham Road with the easter side overlooked by the pump room and being home to the main facilities including the main play area and aviaries.

The western side is much larger and has a more natural layout with small areas of woodland and the larger lower lake. Here you can fish during the fishing season, there is a smaller children’s play area, tennis courts, a pitch and putt golf course and a skate park.
