Playdale Farm Park
Playdale Farm Park is a medium-sized farm park located in some beautiful countryside close to Scarborough, North Yorkshire. There is lots to do indoors and outdoors. It’s great in any weather as there’s just as much to do indoors as there is out.
What is there to do at Playdale Farm Park?
Indoors there is a large animal barn. Make sure you purchase plenty of food for them from the shop as there are plenty of sheep and goats and are more eager to be fed. We loved how many kid goats there were when we visited. Also in this barn, they have guinea pig handling sessions, make sure you check out the board for times.
Plus electric tractors which kids can ride on for £1. Other indoor attractions include a straw barn with seemingly not a lot in there other than straw but kids love it! There’s also a soft play area with a toddler area and a frame for bigger kids. Not to mention a covered sandpit and a small animal barn.
Outdoors they have two play areas with lots to climb on and slide down. Both have picnic benches next to them. There is a really good Go-Kart track and even adults are welcome to have a go. Plus they have two wooden sledge runs which are great fun. We found a few more animals, outdoors and frisbee golf. Which basically involves throwing frisbees through holes to score.
