Portishead Open Air Pool

Portishead Open Air Pool is located near the sea in Portishead, Somerset. There has been a swimming pool here for over 50 years and it is now heated and it is run by the local community.

There is a large 33-metre swimming pool plus a toddler pool which is open on warm days. The pool is open from April to October every year, come rain or shine. The water is usually heated to 28oC.

There are extensive sun terraces and a cafe. Outside the season it offers cold water swimming. From the lido, you can enjoy views of the Bristol Channel.
