Quince Honey Farm

The Quince Honey Farm is located at Aller Cross near South Molton, Devon. It is a working honey farm and a great family-friendly day out.

What can you do at Quince Honey Farm?

You can join their Education Team for a guided tour of their honey factory. There are viewing windows where you can see into their production areas and learn how honey is extracted from the hives through to bottling in jars ready for sale in their shop. You will also see their beeswax candle-making room and the tour ends with a honey-tasting session and a candle-rolling demo.

The Play Hive is their indoor soft play area. There is a large play structure with multi-levels, climbing ropes and slides. This also has a dedicated toddler and baby soft play area plus sensory areas. Outdoors there is another play area situated behind the lake which also has a picnic area.

You can wander around their Nectar Gardens which are a haven for bees, other pollinators and local wildlife. Their exhibition hives allow you to get close to see the inner workings of a beehive. They also run sessions for your family where you can learn about beekeeping.

What are the ticket prices?

Play Hive – children aged 2-16 £7, adults £1, under 2s plus 1 adult £5. Full attraction day tickets from £11 per adult, children aged 5-16 from £10, toddlers aged 2-4 from £9 and children under the age of 2 are free.
