RHS Garden Hyde Hall
RHS Garden Hyde Hall is located a few miles outside of Chelmsford in Essex. The garden features an eclectic mix of traditional and modern styles. The highlight is its Dry Garden with a range of drought-resistant plants and the Hilltop garden with roses and a herbaceous border.
Other gardens include the Courtyard Gardens, a Winter garden and Australian and New Zealand gardens. Plus there is the Queen Mother’s garden, a learning centre and garden, woodland, a meadow, a reservoir, a bird hide and more. There is also a children’s play area
A full programme of family-friendly events runs throughout the year with flower shows, kid’s clubs, craft fairs, family gardening festivals and more. Plus the spectacular Christmas Glow event.

Free for members of the RHS. An adult ticket costs £12.15 without gift aid, £6.10 for kids without and there is a reduction in the entrance fee for anyone who visits on foot, by bus or bicycle (proof is required).
