RockReef Bournemouth
Located on Bournemouth Pier in the seaside resort of Bournemouth, Dorset is RockReef. It is an indoor complex featuring a rock-climbing wall, ropes course, cave-themed tunnels with ball pits and an outdoor zip wire across the pier and the sea.
Indoors there is a Clip ‘n Climb area with 25 unique walls that provide varying degrees of exciting challenges to suit every age from 4 and over. They also have a stairway to heaven climbing challenge and a Drop Slide. You can race your family on the Speed Climb or try to defeat one of the most difficult walls the Triffid. No climbing experience is necessary. Sessions are around 90 minutes long with 60 of those minutes for climbing.
The Pier Cave is a fun adventure in the dark. There are three separate caving tunnels each colour-coded with varying levels of difficulty. There are twists, turns, dips, bumps and rocks. Minimum age 4 years. The HighLine is an indoor aerial obstacle course. 29 feet in the air you will tackle a variety of challenges including cross logs, hi-low steps, cargo net, tunnel and slope walk. You can set your level of challenge and difficulty. Minimum height 1.1 metres and must be confident.
Outside there is the PierZip. This is the first pier-to-shore zip wire in the world. It has a 250-metre dual zip wire so you can challenge a family member to shore. You launch from 25 metres above the sea in this truly unique and unforgettable experience. Minimum height of 1.3 metres and weight of 30kg (these can vary depending on weather conditions). They can even host your child’s birthday party.

Indoor activity centre with climbing walls, caves and an aerial obstacle course. Outside there is a pier to shore zip wire. There are toilets and a cafe.
What are the ticket prices?
Clip ‘n Climb – Peak £16, off-peak £11. Pier zip £20 single rider, £35 dual rider. Prices are cheaper in winter. Caving £9 for a 30-minute session or £6 if added to Clip ‘n climb session. HighLine £9 for a 30-minute session or £6 if added to the Clip ‘n Climb session. Other pricing options are available.

There is no parking on-site. There are car parks a few minutes walk away, but charges apply.
