SEA LIFE Loch Lomond
Located on the edge of Loch Lomond in West Dunbartonshire is SEA LIFE Loch Lomond. It is full of family-friendly exhibits with a variety of sea creatures including sea turtles, rays, sharks, jellyfish and more.
There are different aquarium zones waiting to be explored. In the rock pools, you will see native creatures and you may even get to stroke one or two starfish. Their tropical ocean tunnel is where you can see sharks, rays and other creatures of the sea. Other zones include creatures from the Lochs of Scotland, their Deep Water Loch tank, seahorses and rays. Plus they have some cute Asian short-clawed otters.
They host a range of annual family-friendly events and they often have special fun trails during the school holidays. Look out for their daily schedule of talks and feeding times. You can also book a Sharks after-dark VIP experience at this aquarium.
