Searles Sea Tours
Searles Sea Tours are boat trips that run from the beach in Hunstanton, Norfolk. They have two famous amphibious vessels, the Wash Monsters, that take you out to sea to see the local seal population. Each tour provides a truly fascinating and fun way of discovering the local seal population and the surrounding coastal area and you can enjoy panoramic views. Onboard you will learn more about local history and the fascinating legends around The Wash.
On their Seal Safari tours, you will pass near one of the largest groups of common seals in the UK, possibly the world. There are usually around 3,000 common seals in The Wash and these tours last for 1 hour, make sure you take your camera.
Their other cruises are their coastal cruises. They run a wide range of tours with a 30-minute tour along the North sea viewing the cliffs, the lighthouse and Old Hunstanton. Plus there is a 30-minute Old Wreck tour which includes passing by the wreck of the Sheraton which was built in 1907 and grounded in 1947. Other tours include a 20-minute coastal tour, a sandbank special and a 1-hour special.
