Small Breeds Farm Park and Owl Centre

If you love small animals, then the Small Breeds Farm Park and Owl Centre in Kington, Herefordshire is the place for you. They have a very special and unique collection of miniature, rare and friendly creatures.
The Owl Centre provides visitors with a rare opportunity to observe all the British owls plus 27 other species from around the world. In the spring and summer, you can even see newly hatched owlets.
You have the opportunity to experience close encounters with many of their friendly animals, including pygmy goats, miniature horses and donkeys plus some really cute sheep. The ‘hands-on’ experience is actively encouraged and you can also feed their animals. Other small animals, they have include guinea pigs, rabbits and tortoises.

Farm park with lots of rare breeds of miniature animals, plus an owl centre. There are plenty of opportunities to get close to the animals. There are toilets and a tea room.

An adult ticket costs £11, children £7.50 and children aged under 2 are free.

Dog friendly?
Dogs are allowed into the picnic area and must remain on a lead. They cannot allow dogs into the other farm areas where they keep animals, and birds, as some wander freely. Close by the farm, there are also a number of safe places for you to walk your dog, where you can let it off the lead. Staff can advise about these.
