Stewart Park

Stewart Park

Stewart Park is located in Marton-in-Cleveland near Middlesborough, North Yorkshire. It covers approximately 120 acres in size with open parkland to the northern side and mature woodland to the south.

The Captain Cook Birthplace museum is located within its grounds and the park was first opened in 1928. The museum is open to visitors from April to November. There are two lakes which are home to geese and ducks so make sure you take them some bird-friendly food.

Kids will love the pets corner with deer, highland cattle, llamas, goats, birds, rabbits and guinea pigs. The park also has a play area which has seen a recent upgrade. There is also a trim trail and outdoor table tennis.
