Summit Up Climbing

Summit Up Climbing

Summit Up Climbing is Oldham’s largest climbing centre. They welcome climbers of all abilities and they are a family-friendly venue. They are also home to one of the largest Clip ‘n Climb centres in the UK.

There are 50 rope lines in their climbing wall area plus a bouldering section. They run different sessions including taster sessions, inductions and more. Another fun thing to try out is their Valoclimb. This is the world’s first interactive climbing experience where gaming meets climbing. There are a variety of challenges to choose from.

In the Clip n Climb area, there are 35 challenges including a Stairway to heaven, a Leap of faith and a 10-metre vertical drop slide. Sessions are available from the ages of 4 years through to adults. For younger children, they run Climb ‘n Rhyme sessions where children aged 2-3 can take part.

The venue is also home to a soft play area. This has three levels of play equipment and is suitable for babies up to 8 years old. They also have party rooms and can host your child’s birthday party.
