Sunderland Aquatic Centre

Sunderland Aquatic Centre is an indoor sports complex located next to the Stadium of Light in the city of Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.

Facilities include a gym and swimming pools. There is a 50m Olympic-sized swimming pool which can be split into two 25m pools. They also have a diving pool. The centre runs a range of swimming lessons and also fun sessions such as inflatable obstacle courses on one of the pools.

Also at this venue, there is a soft play area. This has a multi-activity play structure that has slides, ball pits and more. Their soft play is suitable for toddlers, and children up to the age of 8. They can also host your child’s birthday party.
