Tam O'Shanter Urban Farm
Near Bidston, in Merseyside, you will find the Tam O’Shanter Urban Farm. It has a historic thatched cottage and it is a free, urban farm situated in Bidston Hill on the Wirral. It is run by a charitable trust with the aim of providing an enjoyable and educational experience for kids and adults.
The farm encourages engagement with nature at every level and they promote mental and physical well-being through exercise, horticulture, outdoor activity, nature trails, scavenger hunts, regular events, and more.
They have a range of animals, including goats, birds, sheep, alpacas pigs, ponies and rabbits. For kids, there are also a couple of outdoor play areas.
