Thameside Nature Discovery Park
Thameside Nature Discovery Park is run by the Essex Wildlife Trust and is located near Stanford-le-hope in Essex. There is a visitor centre which enjoys views over the Mucking Flats and the Thames Estuary.
The reserve covers 845 acres and it provides good bird and ship watching. There are footpaths and cycleways across 120 acres of the park and there are bird hides dotted around the site. There is an outdoor natural play area and a picnic area for families to enjoy. The views are stunning from the accessible rooftop viewing deck and you can enjoy 360-degree views.
