The Bear Grylls Adventure
The Bear Grylls Adventure is an indoor and outdoor activity centre that has activities for all the family. Most have age restrictions which I will mention below. There is a range of activities including high ropes, indoor skydiving, archery, shark diving, indoor climbing, escape rooms, cage snorkelling and more.
What can you do at The Bear Grylls Adventure?
Outdoor high ropes – Zip wire out of a Chinook helicopter onto their free, -roam high ropes course. There are over 36 obstacles to choose from. From 8+ (8 and 9 must be accompanied by an adult who will also need a ticket).
iFLY Indoor Skydive – Experience the equivalent of a free fall in an indoor wind tube. You are given training before entering the tube and you can then master your skills over two separate one-minute flights. From 8+ (8 and 9 must be accompanied by an adult who will also need a ticket).
Shark Dive – Gear up for a scuba diving session with their professional dive team. Home to more than 1,000 fish including some black tip reef sharks and cownose rays. From 10+
Indoor Climbing – Their climbing challenge is inspired by some of the most breathtaking peaks from around the world with over 20 routes to choose from. From 8+ (8 and 9 must be accompanied by an adult who will also need a ticket).
Cage Snorkel – Explore an underwater environment from the protection of their see-through snorkel cage. From 8+ (8 and 9 must be accompanied by an adult who will also need a ticket).
Indoor Archery – Challenge your family to see who is the best shooter. This is a 45-minute experience including full training. From 8+ (8 and 9 must be accompanied by an adult who will also need a ticket).
Escape Rooms – Work together to crack the code and gather the clues to break your way out. (8 and 9 must be accompanied by an adult who will also need a ticket).
Shooting – Focus on the target ahead in their indoor shooting range. From 10+. (10 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult who will also need a ticket).
Fear Zone – Creep and crawl your way through as you navigate your way through total darkness. From 8+ (8 and 9 must be accompanied by an adult who will also need a ticket).
Assault course – This is your chance to beat the record completion time on their Royal Marines-inspired course. From 8+ (8 and 9 must be accompanied by an adult who will also need a ticket).

Is there food and drink available?
There is a canteen on-site which sells hot and cold food and drinks.
What are the main things to do?
Indoor/outdoor activity centre with high ropes, indoor skydiving, archery, shark diving, indoor climbing, escape rooms and cage snorkel. Toilets and a cafe.
What are the ticket prices?
Due to the nature of these activities, they are more money than you would expect to pay on a regular day out as this is no regular day out. There is a discount if you pre-book online. Prices start from £20 for activities such as archery and climbing up to £120 each for a diving session with the sharks.

Is there parking?
Parking can be found in NEC Car Park E5. Charges Apply. Please validate your token on-site at The Bear Grylls Adventure to make use of this reduced car parking fee. Failure to validate your ticket will result in a charge of £20.
