The Plaza @ Truro cinema in Cornwall is located in the centre of the town. It is an independent chain of cinemas this venue first opened in 1936 and it was designed with an Art Deco style. It was majorly refurbished around 1997 and in 2016 a new screen was added.
This cinema has five screens with state-of-the-art technology. Films are shown in 2D at this location using NEC 2k projection. As well as new releases they also show old classics, theatre shows, music concerts and more. Please note that children under 3 years are not admitted except for special baby/parent-specific performances.
