Velocity Trampoline Park

Located in the Wheatlea Industrial estate near Wigan in Greater Manchester is the Velocity Trampoline Park. It is home to a number of different activities including trampolining, soft play and Clip ‘n Climb. The trampoline park is one of the largest of its type in Europe. Sessions include access to their giant airbag. This is for children aged 4 and over.

The centre has 20 climbing walls to try, there are exciting challenges available for all abilities. They also have 2 special attractions the Leap of Faith and the Vertical Drop Slide. A climbing session lasts for around an hour. You will also need to allow additional time for getting your harness fitted plus you will have a safety briefing about how to use the equipment. (duration of this varies). No previous climbing wall experience is required.

All the walls have an auto-billet system that stops you from falling meaning no one needs catching and it’s easy to lower yourself back down to the ground. Supervisors are close at hand at all times. Their standard sessions are suitable for all climbers aged 4 years plus. They also have special toddler-only sessions.

The soft play is bright and welcoming for children. It is suitable for children up to the age of 10 and features a great range of challenges and play equipment. They can even host your child’s birthday party.

Clip ‘n Climb £12 per person. Trampoline park is also £12 per person. Soft play is £7.50 per person for 2 hours.
