Vogrie Country Park

Vogrie Country Park

The Vogrie Country Park is located in Gorebridge, Midlothian. It is an 1876 Victorian baronial manor house set in a parkland estate with woodland walks, a play area and golf courses.

There are 11.5 miles of signed paths through the woodlands across 105 hectares. For children, there are regular activities such as pond dips. There are free resource boxes available to use that include items to help children explore nature in the park.

Children can let loose in the large adventure playground with a toddler’s play area. There is a miniature railway that is open on Sunday afternoons in the summer. The park is popular with horse riders and there are some wonderful flowers to see in season, especially the rhododendron walk.
