War Memorial Park Coventry

The War Memorial Park is located in Coventry, West Midlands. It is the area’s premier park and is around 48.5 hectares in size. There is a formal garden with the war memorial and also a large sports area.

The sports area has playing fields, a Splash ‘n’ play park and children’s play areas. There is also a 1.6-mile circular footpath around the park, great for enjoying a leisurely walk.

During the summer school holidays, children can enjoy the splash park. This has water jets which are suitable for children up to the age of 12. Calling ahead is advised to check if they are open. The park has 10 floodlit tennis courts, 12 football pitches, flat green bowls, a cricket pitch and an 18-hole foot golf course. There are charges for the sports facilities.
