Their activities take place with qualified and experienced instructors and they can be tailored to suit your requirements. They are based in the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley and activities include their popular canoeing and kayaking trips on the River Wye. Plus stand-up paddleboarding, yoga and raft building.

The activities they run from the Brecon Beacons include gorge walking/scrambling trips and they also run retreats in a variety of locations. You can pre-book your activities and trips online. Some of the activities may have age restrictions.
