West of England Falconry
West of England Falconry is a bird of prey centre located near the centre of Bath, Somerset. They are a rehabilitation and education centre for birds of prey and they offer flying experiences to the public to fund their work.
You can join them for a memorable guided hawk walk and fly one of their trained hawks. They also have three owls you can fly in their undercover flight area during one of their owl encounter experiences. You will be able to handle, feed and fly a variety of these special birds.
The centre is also open for general visits. You will be able to see their resident falcons, hawks and owls. You will also be able to enjoy twice daily flying displays and visit their brand new museum of falconry. Their flying displays are at 11 am and 2:30 pm. You can also fly a bird for an additional £10, this activity is suitable for children aged 6 and over.
They also run additional activities such as Storytime with the Owls, Bird of Prey photography experience and a dusk flying display and sunset talk. During school holidays they often run workshops for children aged 6-11 with all sorts of fun activities included.
