What is there to do at Windmill Hill City Farm?
The farm was created in the 1970s and it has been a vital hub for the south Bristol community ever since. The productive gardens grow crops and flowers all year round and the farm animals, are popular with children and adults alike.
They provide an excellent opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds to learn about farming and sustainable food production. There is also an outdoor playground. Around the farm, there is the Stick Man Trail. This is a self-guided trail which is open year-round and its aim is to encourage children aged 3-7 to get outdoors and explore the natural world and find out how things grow.
