Woldies Lavender and Nature Farm

Woldies Lavender and Nature Farm, formerly Wolds Way Lavender is located a few miles out of Malton in North Yorkshire. The 12-acre site is planted with over 6 acres of all kinds of wonderful lavender. This attraction isn’t just about the lavender though. They’ve thought of all sorts of lovely things to make a day out here a lovely way to spend some time.

Things to do at Woldies Lavender and Nature Farm

Included in the price as well as all the wonderful lavender there’s a Timber trail for big and little kids. This is like an assault course and they have to try to get around without touching the ground. There’s a new dino maze and also a new wild play area with sand and water play. There is also a second maze with giant games.

There is a 9-hole mini-foot golf course which is great fun. On their woodland walk, you will find den building. We loved both of their ponds as there are huge fish in one and we found tadpoles in the other. Another highlight was the wildflower walk. It smelt amazing. They have a few other little surprises to find as well.

For £2 extra each you can also take a ride on their miniature train. We loved this and we can highly recommend a ride….watch out for the spider. We had no trouble finding a picnic bench for our lunch, we even had a table with an umbrella which was a nice touch.

The tea room was closed but they do have limited refreshments for sale such as hot and cold drinks plus ice cream and other snacks.

Lavender of many different varieties. Maze, mini footgolf, timber trail for kids, den building and more.

What are the ticket prices?

An adult ticket is £9.00 and £8.00 for a child. Under 2s are free, and family tickets are available.
