The Wythenshawe Park Riding Stables is located in Wythenshawe Park and Gardens near Manchester. They are an independent family-run stables which offer a wide range of activities.
They offer riding lessons, hacks, a pony club and pony taster sessions. Plus they have special own-a-pony days and they can even host your child’s birthday party.
Their hacking/pony treks are the perfect way to introduce a new rider to the sport or just for a fun family day out. The treks take place in 109 hectares of open parkland. They also offer hacks for advanced riders. Their pony taster sessions are for new riders aged 4-12 year-olds. The sessions give riders the opportunity to experience what it is like to look after a horse or pony. It includes learning how to groom a pony, a half-hour beginner riding lesson and more.
