Info from last year “The magic is back at Baytree Winter Wonderland, once again we will make Christmas as special as only we can. This year, each booking is restricted to no more than eight people. Winding your way through the snow-covered trees you will arrive at Ivan the Elf’s brand new Santa Sleigh ride at the heart of the Winter Wonderland. Once you have disembarked, you will follow the trail past singing reindeers, polar bears, and some rather colourful snowmen, along the trail you will arrive at Santa’s lodge. Waiting to welcome you will be one of Santa’s many helpers who will introduce you to the big man himself. Keep an eye out on Santa’s magical fireplace where the children’s presents will appear along with a real live Christmas tree, ready to take home and plant up.”

Christmas at Belton House – Tickets on Sale

From 24 November 2022 to 1 January 2023. It’s never too early to start planning ahead for the festive season, with tickets now on sale for this unmissable outdoor experience. Wander beneath glistening trees drenched in colour and discover even more spectacular illuminations and sparkling tunnels of light. For a moment of reflection pause at mesmerising flickering flames in the fire garden and don’t forget to keep an eye out for Father Christmas along the way.

Blackfriars Arts Centre – Jack and the Beanstalk – Boston – Tickets on Sale

Pantomime is back with a bang this year at the Blackfriars Theatre in the form of JACK AND THE BEANSTALK. This traditional panto is a mix of myrth, mayhem and misunderstanding as Jack triumphs over the evil Giant Blunderbore. Selected dates in December.

Brigg Garden Centre – Christmas Displays and Santas Grotto – To Be Confirmed

Info from last year “Meet Santa and Mrs. Claus as they tell tales of life at the North Pole and, of course, ask that all-important question ‘Have you been good this year?’ Have a picture with Santa before receiving a special gift. Plus, you get a Christmas decoration, magic reindeer food, and a mini Christmas Tree to decorate at home.

A wonderful train ride through the town of Elf Central brings to a close your magical Grotto experience. Leave the train and head over to the photo booth, where you can select your favourite photo and choose from a great range of souvenirs to relive your visit. These treasured keepsakes are priced separately and are not included in the price of the Grotto ticket.”

Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway – Santa Specials – Tickets on sale in September

Fun for all the family – all aboard the magical Christmas Express, immerse yourself in festive wonder as this very special train takes you on a journey to Lapland Central. Whilst waiting to see Santa, adults can enjoy complimentary seasonal refreshments including mince pies, hot chocolate and mulled wine, with juice and biscuits for the children. There will be the chance to have a ride on Santa’s sleigh, letters to write to Santa, activity sheets and more to keep all entertained! 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 22nd & 23rd December 2022

Doddington Hall – Christmas at Doddington – Lincolnshire – Tickets on Sale

The Elizabethan Hall will once again be transformed for the festive period and decorated throughout for the theme ‘Christmas on the Riverbank’. We’ll be bringing the outdoors in to create spectacular scenes for a magical family day out. It’s an opportunity to soak up the seasonal atmosphere of Christmas in a treasured family home, which has seen a lot of Christmas mornings over its four hundred year plus history.

Embassy Theatre – Beauty and the Beast – Skegness – Tickets on Sale

A vain young prince punished by a powerful spell, as a hideous Beast can he find love – only time will tell? Get ready for a hair raising adventure about the girl with the magical golden hair as Polka Dot Pantomimes and the Guildhall Arts Centre proudly present RAPUNZEL – A Tangled Tale! Lincoln Christmas Market – confirmed

Subject to government restrictions, the council intends for the Lincoln Christmas Market to go ahead, taking place from 1-4 December, 2022. Visitors are welcomed to this beautiful city and the traditional Christmas Market, where you will enjoy cultural entertainment and stroll around over 150 stalls nestled with in the medieval square and surrounding area.

Info from last year “Santa is coming to the park for Breakfast! Come and meet Santa, while enjoying a delicious breakfast and walking around the park to view our beautiful animals and birds. Don’t forget to bring along your Christmas wish list, so that Santa can take it back to the elves at the North Pole. At just £15.00 per child, children will have breakfast in our decorated Rainforest Diner, meet Santa to give him their Christmas list and have a photo opportunity, then they’re free to roam the park and view the many wild and endangered birds and animals! Join us as you steam along onboard our Heritage Steam Railway – The only standard gauge heritage steam railway in Lincolnshire. Get in the Christmas spirit as Santa visits you during your journey with his team of Elves and take your own photos with him at the end of the journey.”

New Theatre Royal – Cinderella Pantomime – Lincoln – Tickets on sale

Lincoln’s longest running traditional pantomime is back, and Cinderella is going to be the Fairy Godmother of all pantos – Oh, yes it is! This year sees our biggest celebrity cast to date. We’re welcoming back familiar faces, opening the doors to some new performers, and even having a few of our very own theatre family return to the stage! 9th December – 8th January
