Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park is located on the outskirts of Filey near the coast of North Yorkshire. It’s a lovely little farm park, perfect for a morning or afternoon visit.
Things to do at Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park
They have donkeys, ponies, goats and alpacas that you can feed. Plus other animals, such as meerkats, racoon dogs, chipmunks and more. The animal park isn’t big but most of the animals, do have decent-sized enclosures.
Why not stop for a chat with the African grey parrots and the two blue and gold macaws? These can be found next to and in the formal gardens. This is a lovely area with lots of other birds. Make sure you find the secret garden as there are some chipmunks waiting to be found.
There is a relatively new adventure playground at the farm park. With an assault course, a wooden bridge with a tunnel, slide, swings and more. All set out to look like a fort. What fun. Next to the playground, there’s also a lovely sensory garden with plenty of plants to touch and smell. There’s also a willow tunnel for kids to run in and out of.

There is a small cafe selling limited hot and cold food and drinks.

Animal park with a good range of happy animals, and birds. Plus pretty gardens and a playground. There are toilets and a cafe.
What are the ticket prices?
An adult ticket is £8.00 and £7.00 for a child aged 2-16. Under 2s are free, . Other pricing options are available such as a family ticket and an annual pass.

There is free parking.
When are they open?
