Board at this hotel is All-Inclusive. This package includes a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus you can enjoy one meal in each of the a la carte restaurants. Ice cream is served for a couple of hours in the afternoon and afternoon tea late afternoon for an hour. Selected local-brand alcohol, soft drinks, tea and coffee are also included. As well as the buffet restaurant there is also an Asian restaurant, an Italian and a Turkish restaurant plus a range of bars.

Also on-site there is archery, aeroball, raft building and a crazy golf course for ages 6 and over. Plus canoeing, tennis courts, ten-pin bowling and a playground. For the more adventurous guests, there is an aerial adventure course.

For ages 4-15 the hotel runs a Football academy and ages 3-adult can participate in the Swim academy. That’s not everything! The hotel also has a Stage academy, a diving centre a multi-sports court and they run a daytime activity programme. There is an additional charge for some of the activities.

In the evening lots is going on from quizzes to live music in the amphitheatre. The hotel also has a separate activity hub for grown-ups. There is a cast of highly trained entertainers that offer a diverse range of shows and activities. This includes themed and party nights, pop shows, kids’ entertainment and more.

For children, there are kid’s clubs split into different age groups. These are for ages 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12. Running 7 days a week most of the activities are free. For little ones aged 0-35 months, there is an HV creche manned by TUI-trained staff. (this service is not available in the winter). For teenagers there is The Zone which is a hangout just for them. There are games, activities and an outdoor cinema. The Zone is open from mid-June until mid-September and during the May and October half-terms.

All rooms have a TV, air-conditioning and a balcony or terrace. Double rooms can sleep up to 4 and they have a sliding door that separates the bedroom from the lounge area. Family rooms have a lounge area which is separated from the bedroom. Upgrades can include a family room with a kid’s den or a suite with a whirlpool bath. Baby packs are available to hire, subject to availability. These include items such as a highchair, buggy with sun canopy, changing may, baby bath, UV sun sent, Avent bottle warmer and a steriliser. It is recommended that these are booked before travel.
