Situated next to a Blue Flag Beach is the Paloma Grida Hotel in Belek, Antalya, Turkey. It is just a short walk to Belek centre. This is said to be the Beverly Hills of the Turkish Riviera. The area has upmarket hotels and exclusive restaurants plus a selection of golf courses. Belek town itself has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants plus a popular bazaar on Saturdays. From the hotel, it is just a 40-minute drive to Antalya airport.

Highlights

This is a large site which has the feel of a laidback village with room blocks spread out around well-preened gardens. There is even the possibility of booking a private villa. Around the grounds are the hotels pools and restaurants. At the beach, you can enjoy drinks at the ocean-view pool, hire out a luxurious cabana or try a new activity at the watersports centre.

Your Board Basis

Board at this hotel is on an ultra all-inclusive basis. Included is a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. You also have the option to dine at some of the on-site a la carte restaurants. At set times snacks and ice cream are available plus pastries. Also included are selected local branded and imported alcohol, soft drinks, tea and coffee, 24 hours a day. In your room, there is a minibar that will be restocked daily with beer and soft drinks. 

There are seven restaurants one of which is a buffet and the others are a la carte restaurants. Restaurants include an Asian, a Turkish, Aegean and Seafood and steakhouse. Plus there are a number of bars.

Additional Activities

Dotted around the grounds are four swimming pools. One has some fun waterslides and children have a couple of splash pools. These have a handful of smaller chutes and sprinklers. The indoor pool is open during the winter months. 

There are plenty of sports activities at this hotel. These include beach volleyball, table tennis, basketball and tennis courts. Plus there is minigolf. Yoga, board games, aqua aerobics, watersports and more. You can try out jet skiing, parasailing and banana boat rides. These are run by an external company and charges apply. 

Adults can unwind at the spa with a Turkish bath and a sauna. Plus a number of treatments can be booked. Or if exercise is your thing there is an on-site gym and personal trainer sessions can also be booked. The hotel has parking, free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception.

Entertainment

There are two kid’s clubs, one is for ages 4-12 and the other for teens aged 12-16. Teens have a selection of video games and table football. In the evenings you can enjoy a number of different shows such as circus performances in the open-air amphitheatre.

For the ultimate in luxury, why not book a swim-up villa? These sleep up to 4 people and have a terrace. Double rooms can also sleep up to 4. Families will love their duplex family suites as they are split across two floors and can sleep up to 5 people. There are 1 bedroom family rooms and more.
