Things to do Llandudno Chocolate Experience review

The Llandudno Chocolate Experience is located in the centre of the seaside town of Llandudno, North Wales. It is a very chocolatey tourist attraction where you will learn about the history of chocolate and enjoy their delicious samples.

You will wave your way through nine eros of chocolate making starting in Mayan. There are some fun features including an Aztec temple, a recreation of a pirate ship’s cargo hold, a Moroccan tent and many other detailed scenes. Each of the areas recreates a different part of chocolate’s history.

Along the way, there are helpful videos to guide you plus activities and information pannels. Their building is also where they create a wide variety of chocolate products which they sell across Europe. When they are at work you can take a peek at what they are doing through the viewing window.

As you work your way around there is a selection of samples for you to try. These will help to show you how chocolate has evolved into what it is today. Chocolate samples are included in your entry price. You can also see a collection of old wrappers, tins, boxes and posters. The attraction takes around 20-45 minutes to get around.
