Endcliffe Park

Endcliffe Park is a large park located in the city of Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The park was first opened in 1887 to commemorate the Jubilee of Queen Victoria.

What can you do at Endcliffe Park?

The park comprises parkland and woodland with large grassy sections used for recreation. There are two monuments in the park dedicated to Queen Victoria. There is also a memorial stone marking the crash site of a plane during WWII. A new playground was added to the park in 2008. In the summer there are rides for children at around £2 a ride.

The play area has been themed on stone and steel and includes a good range of play equipment. Kids will also love the stepping stones over a stream within the park grounds. The park hosts a number of events, throughout the year. There are also duck ponds so make sure you take them some food.
