Things to do at Borde Hill Garden
The gardens are stunningly beautiful and botanically rich. There are a series of intimate ‘living garden rooms’, fine woodland, lakes and parkland with views across the Sussex High Weald. Themed gardens include an Azalea ring, an Italian garden, an Old rhododendron and a midsummer border. They often have activity trails for families around the gardens plus live music and family theatre. There are also a series of woodland walks.
There is a natural wood adventure playground with swings, obstacles, climbing frames, a slide and a zip wire. It is recommended for children from the ages of 3 and above. They can even host your child’s birthday party. With their Wild Camp parties, kids can learn how to build a shelter, light a fire and cook sausages and marshmallows
