Museum Overview
Liverpool Beatles Museum is located next door to the Cavern Club in Liverpool, Merseyside. It is the place to visit if you want to immerse yourselves in all things Beatles. The museum was first opened in 2018 and it was created by the son of Neil Aspinall and the half-brother of Pete Best. It houses one of the largest Beatles collections in the world with over 1,000 never-before-seen authentic items.
There are three floors to the museum and a visit will take you through the early days in Liverpool and Hamburg through their rise to fame and innovative studio years. The museum is located in a Grade II listed building and it offers a new perspective on the greatest rock and roll band of all time.
You can see original guitars and drums from their days in Hamburg, the white cello from the Magical Mystery tour and other instruments. There are hundreds of personal items including never-before-seen letters, unseen footage and more.
