What is there to do at Croxteth Hall and Country Park?

The house is the former home of the Earls of Sefton and this stunning building has been preserved in time. When you enter the house it will feel as if the house has been frozen in the Edwardian age. There are tours around the house throughout the year or you can discover the house at your own pace.

In the country park, there are over 500 acres of historic parkland including a Victorian walled garden. Surrounding the house there is a beautiful woodland, pasture and a nature reserve which are open to the public.

There is also a children’s outdoor play area and you can enjoy walking or cycling. Families will love visiting Home Farm. This has a small charge which you can pay at the gate. They run activities including small animal handling and pony grooming and you can feed the animals, for £2 a bucket. There are lots of animals waiting to meet you as you walk around the farm.
