Snowdonia Riding Stables
The Snowdonia Riding Stables are located in Waunfawr, near Caernarfon, North Wales. They are approved by the Pony Club and the British Horse Society. All their rides are guided by experienced trek leaders and include instruction in the arena for beginner and novice riders. They also provide riding lessons.
Located between Snowdon and the sea the stables offer some superb riding in some of the best mountain and coastal scenery of the British Isles. They have access to miles of traffic-free bridleways. The centre has carefully selected its horses and ponies to provide a range of sizes, types and temperaments to suit all riders. They have been established for over 30 years.
They have 1-hour introductory rides that go out at a walking pace. This is great for adults and children. It is perfect for first-time or nervous riders and small children. Adults can walk alongside their younger children and kids can take part from the age of 5. They also offer 1-hour countryside rides with a walk and trot to suit all levels. Plus 1.5-hour rides, half-day mountain ride and full-day mountain ride.

1-hour introductory ride £25 per person. Countryside 1 hour £35 pp. Half-day £65 pp. Other rides with different prices are available.
