Asylum Skatepark

The Asylum Skatepark is located in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. It is an indoor family-friendly skate venue for all ages and levels of riding. All wheels are welcome including BMXs, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, MTB, mountain boards and quad skates.

The venue consists of bespoke wooden ramps and it first opened its doors in 2013. The skatepark is split into two halves with one side being a street course and the other a park/rhythm section. There are a series of bowled areas and jump boxes plus other fun areas.

Their park has been well-designed to allow beginners and experienced skaters to be able to use the ramps. Lessons are available for those wanting to try out the venue or for those wanting to improve their skills. They also have a bouldering area for wall climbing. Please note that helmets are compulsory for any skatepark user under the age of 18. All activities are for adults and children from the age of 5.
